This set is great. I do some woodworking and weekend warrior stuff around the house and it does everything that I want. The battery life is not as long as i thought it would be but I never have to wait for a battery becasue they charge so quickly (15 min.). I used the impact driver for some framing jobs and it works beautifully. Plenty of power and no fatigue in the wrist or arm.

This little guy has plenty of torque, yet very light weight and compact. It is so much lighter than my 18v NiMH one. The Lithium battery has plenty of juice for a very short charge time. It feels good in my hand. It can reach many tiny places where other drill cannot access, and it also reduce the fatigue when doing ceiling works. The integrated LED light does not shine the place you want to drill, but it does provide some luminance. For under $300 this package is the best buy I ever had.

Once again, Makita comes through. I've beat the snot out of drills and these Makita's never die. Long battery life, quick re-charge, LED light for getting in those tight dark areas and best of all - very light weight and feels great in your hand. I'd buy another set in a heart beat. You should too!
