Good product for the money and ships fast. Filled with all kinds of bits that you may never even need. two drawbacks though. The "tri" tip bits are all rounded and none are flat at the top , also they are fairly large, which can render them ineffective if using to work on a cel phone. (Opt for the Jack Bauer K-Bar knife in case of emergency). the second drawback is despite the plethora of tips, they are pretty short in length. If you are looking to repair something in a deep well, I would think twice about this item. I purchased to mod a 360 controller but it won't reach the back screws since they are deep in a plastic well. I have to look for another tool for this.
Overall its a good set to have for the price and compliments a garage ok.

The kit is good. I am a security professional and use some of the bits to open up CCTV camera housings. The biggest concern is it accidentally opening and the bits falling out. If you fail to put the foam piece in the case before you close it you may end up having to play 52 pickup with all the bits. It is also not a bad idea to mark the top of the case with a Sharpie. If you are distracted and open it upside down - hours of fun putting everything back in. I also put a rubber band around the case to prevent it from accidentally opening in my equipment bag. The plastic snap that holds the lid down doesn't give me a lot of confidence. All that being said, a good kit for the price.

I purchased this bit set after looking at others and found that at the time it was the best deal when shipping was factored in. The set arrived and after I put all the pieces into their spots, I found that I was missing the 2mm security hex bit. I sent an email to Super Deal expecting that I would not be able to get a new bit and that I would have to try and return the whole set. This was not the case at all.
The next day I got an email and a phone message that they wanted to send me a new bit but they wanted to know exactly which one it was by telling them where in the case it was located. I sent an email back with a description and a photo. I then got a reply email saying that my missing bit was on the way and they gave me a tracking number for the package. It arrived in about 2 days.
Maybe other people have not had this experience with Super Deal, but in my case their service was exceptional.
Now for the review of the bit set. Overall, the bits are pretty well made. There are a few details that I feel make them earn a 4 star rating. Some of the holes are not quite in the center of some of the security bits. Also, some of the Torx bits are a little rounded on the end rather than being completely flat.
In my option, these details are minor and I expected minor imperfections in the build quality of the bits for the price. I don't use a lot of these bits on a daily basis, so I didn't need them to be top notch. Overall, the package can't be beat for occasional use screw driver bit assortment.
